TERMS OF SERVICE — Unique Luxury Auto Spa

1. Services

Unique Luxury Auto Spa provides mobile automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related services at the customer’s location.

By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Appointments & Access

  • Customer must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

  • Adequate space and safe working conditions must be provided

  • Access to water and electricity may be required unless otherwise agreed

Failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected service

  • Final price may vary if vehicle condition differs from initial description

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Minimum 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee

  • No-shows may result in refusal of future service

5. Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Customers must disclose:

  • Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, mold, or biohazards

Failure to disclose may result in:

  • Additional charges

  • Service refusal

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We take all reasonable precautions while servicing your vehicle

  • However, we are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, worn paint, etc.)

    • Damage due to fragile or aftermarket parts

    • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our service

7. Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction

  • Results vary based on vehicle condition and maintenance

  • Ceramic coatings require proper aftercare to maintain performance

  • Any warranties are limited to manufacturer terms and proper maintenance

8. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours

  • We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • Vehicle condition is beyond scope

  • Customer behavior is inappropriate

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
